One of the most cherished traditions here is Langar. Every visitor is invited to share a vegetarian meal, sitting together on the floor as equals. This practice symbolizes the rejection of caste and class distinctions, and the food is always prepared with so much love and Seva.

I appreciate how this Gurdwara fosters a spirit of equality, compassion, and selfless service. From the meditative singing of Kirtan to the youth programs that help the younger generation connect with their roots, it is a community that stands for the well-being of all (Sarbat da Bhala).

The Gurdwara of Hanover Park is a spiritual home for all, regardless of background or belief. Whether you are here for prayer, to learn about Sikhism, or to join us in Seva, you are always welcome. It truly is a sacred space to connect with the Divine.
